Robert A. Sphar

Robert A. Sphar OGDEN - Robert Allen Sphar born May 24, 1944 of Ogden, Utah, passed away Saturday, March 8, 2008 following an auto accident while off enjoying a camping and shooting trip in Southern Utah. Bob served his country aboard the naval aircraft carrier, BON HOMME RICHARD, off the shores of Viet Nam during the war. He retired from the Los Angeles City Fire Department and moved to Utah in 2003. Bob loved shooting and was a Range Officer at a local shooting range. Bob leaves behind his children, Cindy, Daniel and Jerry Sphar, all of California. Also, his brothers Ronald (Suzanne) Sphar of West Jordan, UT; Gary (Connie) Sphar of Valencia, CA; Timothy (Jean) of Clearfield, UT; and Raymond (Sandy) of Syracuse, UT. His sisters, Nancy (Sphar) McHenry of Clearfield, UT; and Renee (Richard) Santhon of West Point, UT. Bob was preceded in death by his parents James E. and Lois DeFriez Sphar of West Point, UT. Bob, we love you and look forward to our Heavenly reunion to converse clearly and with full understanding of all things.
