Kaysville a€" Roberta Guild Little died peacefully at her home Monday, April 28, 2008, with her husband of sixty-one years by her side. She was born August 27, 1926 in Morgan, Utah, a daughter of Harold K. Guild and Wahnetah H. Guild. She married Ernest R. Little in the Salt Lake LDS Temple on October 31, 1946.

She has four daughters: Christine Deppe (Larry), Lorelei Draper (Ron), Denise Hadfield (Steven), and JoAnn McCleskey (David). Seventeen grandchildren and twelve great-grandchildren also survive her. Her parents, an infant brother (Johnny Boy) and a sister, (Charlene Charlton), preceded her in death.

Roberta was an active member of the LDS church, serving in many ward organizations including Relief Society, Young Women''s, Primary and various other committees. She especially enjoyed the Mia Maids in the Kaysville 2nd Ward that knew her as "Bobby." She enjoyed serving with her husband in the Washington D.C. South Mission. She was well known for her loving and caring concern for others.

She was a talented pianist and piano teacher and blessed her family with the love of beautiful music. She shared her musical talent from an early age, playing for many funeral services and other events. She was gifted in needlework and embroidered beautiful tablecloths and linens that add elegance to her home and the homes of her children and grandchildren. Her latchhook rugs and decorations for every holiday will be a constant reminder of her love for her children and her wish to have them enjoy the beauties of life.

She taught her girls and their friends to sew and cook, and she worked in the 4-H program for many years.

She was an active member of the Daughters of the Utah Pioneers and enjoyed her friends in that organization.

Roberta was an elect lady who lived with grace, dignity, elegance and compassion.

Funeral services will be held Saturday, May 3, 2008 at 11 a.m. at the Kaysville East Stake Center, 201 So. 600 E. Friends and family may call Friday from 6 to 8 p.m. at Lindquist''s Kaysville Mortuary, 400 No. Main and Saturday from 9:30 to 10:45 a.m. at the church.

Interment, Kaysville City Cemetery.
