Robin Marie Carlisle

1960 ~ 2015

Robin Marie Carlisle passed away of kidney failure on Monday, January 26, 2015.  She had been ill for quite some time and fought a valiant battle, but finally her body just gave out.  She was born in 1960 in Ogden, the third daughter of Robert Carlisle and Betty Jean Osborne.  With her sisters, Beverly and Brenda, she grew up in Ogden, attending Washington Jr. High School and Ogden High School.

In 1977 she married Richard Beus and together they had a son, Kevin Beus Carlisle.  She married Warren Ferree in 1986 and together they had a son, Jason Aaron Ferree.  In 1997 she married Jerry Crozier and helped raise his children.

Robin worked at Hill Air Force Base, first in maintenance, then in supply, and she retired while working Small Computer Tech Support.  She was a very dedicated civil servant and enjoyed giving her best to her job.

She loved cats and was especially fond of her cat, Amber.  She enjoyed bargain shopping, making crafts, and spending time with her family.  She suffered many health problems during her life, but she always tried to make the best of things.

She was very generous to everyone throughout her life and she will be missed dearly by her friends and family.

Robin is survived by her son, Kevin; her daughter-in-law, Lindsay; and her precious and only grandchild, Hanna Carlisle; her son, Jason and his wife, Jodee; her two sisters, Beverly (Jonathan) Souder of Roy; and Brenda (Paul) Stevenson of Ogden; her ex-husbands; three nieces and three nephews; and her step-children, Kenny and Shannon Ferree; Richard, Craig, Robby, and Julie Crozier.

A Memorial Service will be held in her honor on Saturday, January 31, 2015 at 2 p.m. at Lindquist’s Ogden Mortuary, 3408 Washington Blvd.  Friends may visit with family on Saturday from 12:45 to 1:45 p.m. at the mortuary.

Her family wishes to thank all of her wonderful caregivers, Dr. Wintle, PA-C Powell, Wasatch Pharmacy, and Hospice for Utah.

In lieu of flowers, Robin asked that donations be made to her favorite charity, worldwildlife.org.
