Ronald Dee Allen

Ronald Dee Allen passed  away January 1, 2023 in Layton, Utah at the age of 58.  He was born on January 2, 1964 in Murray, Utah to James Russell and Pearl Elaine Wilson Allen.  He was reared and educated in Utah.

He married Laura Mae Brown on September 9, 1995 in Sugarhouse, Utah.  He is the father of three sons and a daughter.  He was a member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints.

Ronald loved spending time with his family, and he will be greatly missed by all who knew him.

He is survived by his wife Laura, his three sons; Ross, Jon, and Jim Allen of Layton, UT and his daughter Alex of Magna, UT, his brothers; Darin Allen, Mike Allen, Rickey Allen, Bob Bradley and his sisters; Linda Spencer, and Judy Irish.  He was preceded in death by his parents James and Pearl Elaine Allen, brothers; Billy Allen and David Allen, sister Susan Compton, and his grandparents; Thomas William Wilson, Pearl Sabrina Milward, and James William Allen.

Funeral services will be held Saturday, January 14, 2023 at 11:00 a.m. at the Layton 18^th Ward, 1480 Phillips Street, Layton, Utah.  Friends may visit with family Saturday from 9:30 to 10:30 a.m. at the church prior to the service.
