Ronald Robert Weinstock passed away on Saturday, August 26, 2023 leaving behind a legacy of cherished memories. Born on June 1, 1935, in Milwaukee, WI to Anna Josephine Budzinski and Robert Roman Weinstock, Ronald's journey was marked by unwavering devotion to his family and an enduring spirit.
On May 25, 1956, he married Wilma Ilene Schoonmaker in Logan, Utah. Ron's profound love for his wife Wilma, with whom he shared 67 years of marriage, was a beacon of inspiration. Their union was blessed with three children, Bill, Tim and Lisa, five grandchildren, and four great-grandchildren. Ronald's dedication to his family and friends knew no bounds, and his ability to cultivate lifelong relationships was a testament to his character.
He served in the United States Air Force as a medic from 1954 to 1958. After his service, he attended Weber State, where he earned an associate's degree in business. He completed a lifetime career with the IRS reflecting his unwavering dedication and commitment to his professional responsibilities. He enjoyed spending time on the golf course, cruising, camping in his trailer, and wintering in Yuma, Arizona with friends and family.
He leaves behind a legacy of selflessness, generosity, a wonderful sense of humor, and a heart overflowing with love. His life reminds us all of the importance of kindness, laughter, and unconditional love.
A graveside service to honor and remember Ron's life will be held on August 29, 2023, at 11 a.m. at Roy Cemetery. This will provide an opportunity for all those whose lives he touched to pay their respects and bid farewell to a man whose kindness, love, and positive spirit will continue to inspire all who knew him.
