Rosa Lee Walker Hunsaker Bush Murphy

Rosa Lee Murphy, 90, passed away peacefully on Sunday, November 4, 2012. She was born on September 4, 1922 in American Falls, Idaho to Joseph Fredrick and Rosalie Allen Walker. She was raised in Brigham City.

She married Vero Hunsaker. They later divorced. She married Henry Bush in 1949. He passed away in 1972. She then married Leon "Lee" T. Murphy in 1981. He passed away in August of 1997.

Rosa Lee retired in 1981 from Defense Depot of Ogden after 31 years of service.

She loved painting ceramics and enjoyed golf. Her and Lee spent many winter months in Yuma, Arizona.

Rosa Lee is survived by her 2 sons and 1 daughter, Leslie Hunsaker, Hyrum, UT; Kirk (Debbie) Bush, Ogden, UT; and Susie (Karl) Pearson, Mohave Valley, AZ; 4 stepchildren, Michael Murphy, Edmonds, WA; Sharon (Howard) Knaepfle, Arlington, WA; Sandi Hadley, Clinton, UT and Sheila Wooten, West Point, UT; 14 grandchildren, 4 great-grandchildren, and 2 great-great-grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her husbands, Henry Bush and Lee Murphy and 2 grandsons.

Graveside services will be held on Thursday, November 8, 2012 at 11 a.m. at Lindquist''s Washington Heights Memorial Park, 4500 Washington Blvd. Friends may visit with family on Thursday from 9:30 to 10:30 a.m. at Lindquist''s Ogden Mortuary, 3408 Washington Blvd.
