Rosalind J Jamieson passed away on August 26, 2024, in Ogden, Utah. She was born April 11, 1956, to Elder Derek A and Muriel Cuthbert in Nottingham, England.
She married her sweetheart on July 10, 1976, in the London England LDS Temple. She went to college and received her degree as a Registered Nurse.
She was an active member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints and held many leadership roles throughout her life.
Rosalind was a devoted wife, mother, and grandmother. She was a master seamstress as well as a devoted humanitarian. Her compassion extended not only to her immediate family, but she also dedicated herself to helping others working tirelessly to prepare items for those in need in the United States and many countries around the world. Rosalind’s compassionate efforts have made tangible differences in countless lives.
She is survived by: her spouse, Robert, children Stephen, Fiona (Miller), Douglas, Emma (Watson), Lindsey (Soumano), and numerous grandchildren.
She is preceded in death by: Her parents, and sisters; Janis (Croft) and Sheila (Young).
Special mention needs to be made regarding the outstanding Doctors, Nurses, and all others including house maintenance at McKay Dee Hospital in Ogden and the Layton City Fire Station #53 professionals. Their exceptional care and efforts on Rosalind’s behalf will never be forgotten.
Services per Rosalind’s wishes, there will be a memorial service at a later date.
