Rosita Sanchez

LAYTON a€" Rosita Sanchez, age 82, passed away peacefully February 6, 2013, at Davis North Hospital. She was born May 23, 1930 in Pagosa Springs, CO to Rosenaldo and Emiliana Archuleta Atencio.

On April 15, 1952 she married Ernesto Sanchez in Pagosa Springs, CO. They lived in Layton for the past 60 years. Rosita enjoyed her family and spending time with her 10 grandchildren and 23 great-grandchildren. She also enjoyed traveling and many trips to Wendover.

Rosita is survived by her son Daniel M. (Diana) of Layton; daughter Debbie M. of Ogden and sister, Elaine (Mauro) Lobato of Las Vegas.

Preceded in death by her parents, husband, two sons; Arnold and Ernest Jr., daughter, Neoma and brother, Theodore Atencio.

Funeral Mass will be held Monday, February 11, 2013 at 10 a.m. at St. Rose of Lima Catholic Church, 210 S. Chapel St., Layton, UT. Friends may visit family Sunday from 5 to 7 p.m. at Lindquist''s Layton Mortuary, 1867 No. Fairfield Road. A Vigil with Rosary will be held at 7 p.m.

Interment, Clearfield City Cemetery.
