SOUTH OGDEN ~ Roy Scarborough, 76, peacefully passed away on Saturday, June 21, 2014, at home. Roy was born in Green Forrest, AK to the late Elmer and Oriel Scarborough. He graduated from Cheyenne High School in 1956.

Roy married Maeve White on December 17, 1960; they had three sons together, Tim (Mary) S.L.C., UT; Jeff, Willard, UT., and Evan (Connie) Roy, UT.

He was a dedicated husband and father, he will truly be missed. He enjoyed fishing, RV’ing/camping and had a passion for golf. Roy worked 24 years of his career at Jetway Systems in Ogden, where he formed lifelong friendships with many co-workers.

Roy is survived by his wife and sons, 9 grandchildren, 18 great-grandchildren, one great-great-grandchild, and one sister, Eurmal Whitley, Amarillo, TX.  He was preceded in death by his sister, Amy Whittington.

A private family Memorial Service has taken place. Services entrusted to Lindquist’s Ogden Mortuary.
