Ruby June Boralho Pilarczyk 1933-2011
Mom passed away on May 6, 2011. She was a loved mother, grandmother, sister, aunt, and friend. She will be missed by all who knew her, and her family was honored to be with her when she passed.
She was born in Ogden, Utah on July 3, 1933 a daughter of Joseph W. Boralho and Caroline L. Thompson. She was a part of a large family and had four brothers and two sisters. She is survived by her only remaining sister, and best friend Mary L. Pilarczyk.
On September 12, 1953 she married George A. Pilarczyk in Ogden, Utah and from this union she became the mother of two sons, Kenneth G. Pilarczyk and Joseph H. Pilarczyk.
Although we feel she left us too soon, she had a full life. She enjoyed crocheting, going to lunch and birthday dinners. She was also a caregiver to those in need, and always put others before herself. She believed in the Lord and practiced the Traditional Catholic Religion of which she was happy to be a part of.
She is survived by her sister, Mary. In-laws, Margaret Kolodziej, Leon and Alice Pilarczyk and Chester Pilarczyk. Her special nephew Arthur Kendall and many other nieces and nephews.
She is also survived by her sons, Ken and Joe, grandchildren, Patresa, Ken Jr. (Danna), Michael and Kimberlee. Regardless of the kind of day she was having, it was always brightened up by a visit from her great-grandchildren Brynlee and McKenna.
Many thanks to her niece and almost daughter, Tamara Head and daughter- in- law Linda Pilarczyk for all of their help.
Her family would also like to express their appreciation to Wasatch Care Center and their wonderful staff. To each and every one of them we thank you for your care and friendship. Thanks to Hospice for Utah for being there in time of need.
Mom, you are loved and will be missed, thank you, go now, for the cycle of life is complete and your pain and suffering is finally over.
Funeral services will be held on Tuesday May 10, 2011 at 11 a.m. at St. James Catholic Church 495 N. Harrison Blvd. with the celebration of a Traditional Latin Mass.
Family will meet with friends on Monday May 9, 2011 from 6 to 7:30 p.m. at Lindquist''s Ogden Mortuary 3408 Washington Blvd. Rosary will be recited at 7:30 p.m.
