Ruth Lee Boyer

Ruth Lee Boyer, loving mother, grandmother, great grandmother and wife, passed away peacefully Saturday July 15, 2017 surrounded by her family.

She was born in Morgan, Utah on January 2, 1927, the daughter of Dick and Edith Lowe Lee.  She married Max Boyer in Morgan, Utah on January 18, 1947.

They moved to Bountiful in 1955 and have lived there ever since, were they raised five beautiful children, Richard Boyer, Pat Boyer Bangerter, Debbie Boyer Hilton, Kenny Boyer and Denny Boyer.  Ruth has 12 grandchildren, 29 great-grandchildren and three great-great-grandchildren.

Besides being a great mother, she worked for the Davis School District for many years.

Ruth is preceded in death by her parents, brothers and sister; George Lee, Albert Lee, Florence Lee Butters, Melba Lee Sparrow and Dickie Lee.  One surviving sister Helen Lee Gerber.

The family would like to give a special thanks to Symbii Home Health and Hospice for their special care and compassion.

Friends may visit family, Thursday, July 20, 2017 from 11:00 am – 12:30 pm at the LDS Church at 10 South State St. Morgan, Utah with graveside services following at 1:00 pm at the South Morgan Cemetery, 335 South State St.  Services entrusted to Lindquist’s Bountiful Mortuary
