Ruth C. Fullerton

Ruth C. Fullerton, 64, passed away Tuesday, September 23, 2008 at her home, surrounded by family and friends.

She was born November 14, 1943 in St. Paul, Minnesota to Ruth Randals and Robert C. Lee. She was later adopted by Francis Sales.

Ruth married Joseph W. Guibord and they later divorced. On May 17, 1985, Ruth married John Bell Fullerton. He preceded her in death on February 28, 1999.

She was employed as a waitress for many years, doing what she loved, interacting with her favorite customers.

Ruth enjoyed camping, fishing, square dancing and crocheting. She was a doting grandmother to her grandchildren and great-grandchildren. She loved her beloved companions, Sassy and Miss Kitty.

Ruth is survived by her children, Douglas (Chandra) Guibord, Joseph W. (Heidi) Guibord, Jr., Heidi (Frank) Dumas; eight grandchildren, four great-grandchildren; and her siblings, Ron (Christine) Lee, Thelma Bennett and Robert Lee; and her god-child, Amy Guibord.

She was preceded in death by her parents, grandparents and one brother, Richard Lee and her beloved dog, Sunshine.

Funeral services will be held Friday, September 26th at 2:00 p.m. at Lindquist''s Roy Mortuary, 3333 West 5600 South.

Friends and family may call Friday from 12:45 to 1:45 p.m. at the mortuary.

Inurnment, Lindquist''s Washington Heights Memorial Park, 4500 Washington Blvd.
