Ruth Ann Gordon Hanson

Ruth Ann Gordon Hanson passed away on January 24, 2022 in Clearfield, Utah after a brief illness.

She was born in Provo, Utah on January 1, 1947 to Robert Reese Gordon and Ruth Grames Gordo Turner. Later in life she was adopted by the Hanson family, Henry and Leona. She lived her entire adult life in Utah.

She graduated for the University of Utah and later joined the staff of the University of Utah Marriott Library, where she worked for many years. During her lifetime she contributed her time and talents to Human rights, literacy and animal welfare program.

Any who wish to honor her memory are asked to make a donation in her name to Best Friends Animal Society.
