Ruth K. Mason
Ruth K. Mason passed away in her sleep on December 3rd, 2009. When life threw her punches, she danced like a butterfly and stung like a bee.
Born on October 30, 1960 in Logan, Ruth married and had two beautiful girls, who she cherished immensely. Ruth enjoyed art from a young age, as an avid artist Ruth continued her artistic flair throughout her life, drawing and painting constantly.
Known for her dry sense of humor and straight talk, she was loved by many and will be missed by everyone who knew her. Ruth’s life took her throughout the United States, including Hawaii and Alaska, her two favorite places, which she planned to share with her family and friends. Her grandchildren, and pets were everything to Ruth, and she loved them with all of her heart.
Ruth is survived by her daughters, Heather Headman, and Jenette Mason, ex-husband Jett Mason of Texas, her sister Mary Kostoff living in Phoenix, brother Jim of Brigham City; son-in-law Dustin Headman, her daughter’s boyfriend Theodore Rock; grandchildren, Gregory and Sierra Headman, Zoey Wilson, and T. Austin Rock.
She was preceded in death by her parents Jimmy and Connie Kostoff, and her uncle Kelly Kostoff.
There will be a celebration of her life on Saturday, December 12th , 2009 at 4 PM at the Headman’s residence: 7022 W Schuler Ave. West Valley, UT
