OGDEN a€" Ruth Ann Eppel Nason, 52, died Sunday, April 25, 2010 in Ogden.

She was born August 21, 1957 in Ogden, a daughter of Ralph Louis and Ivy Mae Robison Eppel. She was raised and educated in Ogden graduating from Ben Lomond High School.

On April 24, 1994, Ruth Ann married Bruce Nason in Logan. They were later divorced.

She was a member of St. Joseph''s Catholic Church.

Ruth Ann lived her entire life in the Ogden area. She was proud to be Amanda''s mother. She enjoyed visiting with family and friends. Ruth Ann made friends easily and loved everyone. She never forgot a birthday or special event. When she wasn''t visiting she was reading, working crossword puzzles or watching her favorite soap operas. Ruth Ann truly was a free spirit.

Surviving are her daughter, Amanda Eppel, Salt Lake City; her sister, Lisa M. Eppel, Mesa, AZ; her brother, Robert (Pam) Eppel and niece Hadlie Eppel, all of Uintah.

Preceding Ruth Ann in death were her parents and grandparents.

Funeral services will be held Wednesday at 11 a.m. at Lindquist''s Ogden Mortuary, 3408 Washington Blvd.

Friends may call at the mortuary on Tuesday from 6 to 8 p.m. and Wednesday 9:45 to 10:45 a.m.

Interment, Lindquist''s Memorial Gardens of the Wasatch, 1718 Combe Road.

Ruth Ann''s family would like to extend a special thank you and express their gratitude to the staffs of Aspen Care Center and McKay-Dee Hospital.
