Sally Malinoski

Sally E. Malinoski

LAYTON – Sally passed away November 27, 2015.

She was born March 3, 1945 at Camp Pendleton, California.  Sally grew up in Ogden and graduated from Ogden High School.  She later attended Cosmetology School, where she received her license.  She was very proud of that and held it current to this day.

She later developed a career with the Civil Service, working 28 years before retirement.

Sally married Gearith Evertsen in 1962.  They had two children, Trent and Tiffany Evertsen.  In 1990 she married Robert F. Malinoski, and they were soul-mates for 25 years.

Sally enjoyed her family time, cooking, traveling anywhere there was water, even if it was to a pool down the street, panda bears, her yard work, of course shopping, reading, and loved to crochet.

Sally was a good woman and loved to give to others.  Her generosity would often find her at your door unexpectedly with homemade food.

Sally is survived by her loving husband Bob, daughter Tiffany, step-son Paul Malinoski, grandchildren, Tye, Chad, River, Stone, Sophie, Nicky and great-grandchildren.  She is survived by six sisters, one brother and many others.

Sally is preceded in death by her son, G. Trent Evertsen and sister Mary Ann Avilas.

Services will be held Monday, December 7, 2015 at 2 p.m. at Lindquist’s Layton Mortuary, 1867 No. Fairfield Road.
