Sandra (Sunny) (Mimi) Jeanne Fordyce Hamblin 5-29-1931 to 10-22-2011

Our mother, grandmother and great-grandmother passed away on October 22, 2011 at the age of 80 in Ogden, Utah. She was born May 29, 1931 in Pocatello, Idaho to Percy Cameron and Helen Ruth Bowers Fordyce, the first of three children. Her family moved to Utah where she attended Ogden City Schools, Weber High School and Weber State University. She married Charles Wade Hamblin July 21, 1950. They had six children.

Sandra is survived by her sister Carole Fordyce Hamblin, sons Scott Hamblin and Craig (Kay) Hamblin, daughters Janet (Grant) Losee and Carole (Clint) Sorensen, and many extended family members.

She is preceded in death by her husband, Charles, her brother Don Fordyce, her daughter Sandy and her son Chris.

Graveside services will be held Wednesday, October 26, 2011 at 2 p.m. at Lindquist''s Memorial Gardens of the Wasatch, 1718 Combe Road. Services entrusted to Lindquist''s Ogden Mortuary, 3408 Washington Blvd.
