Sandra Schmanski

– Sandra Louise Schmanski, 70, passed away Friday, May 16, 2014. She was born September 23, 1943 in Highland Park, Michigan, the daughter of Gertrude Holser and Harold Jensen. Sandra married Paul Edward Schmanski on June 29, 1963 in Minneapolis, Minnesota.

Sandra was a member of the Catholic Church, she loved following the sun and traveling the country in her motor home while visiting her friends and family. She also enjoyed sewing, reading novels, and considered herself a semi-professional video poker player who always went for the royal flush big payout! She had a great love for her beautiful grandchildren and any activities involving them. She was kind and caring to everyone she met.

Surviving are her husband Paul, sons Tim (Maria) Schmanski, Todd (Laurie) Schmanski, T.J. (Lorrie) Schmanski, nine grandchildren, and brothers Truman Engen, Dennis Engen and sister Diane Engen. Sandra was preceded in death by her granddaughter, Tori Schmanski.
