Sandra E. Turner WASHINGTON TERRACE - Sandra Ermine Turner, 72, died Monday, October 20, 2008 at Washington Terrace Health Services. She was born March 11, 1936 in Page County, Coin, Iowa, a daughter of Weldon H. and Ione Parmely Turner. She lived the majority of her life in Ogden, South Ogden and Washington Terrace. Sandra was an active member of the First Presbyterian Church in Ogden. She was very active in the community and had many friends. She loved participating in all kinds of activities. Sandra was always smiling and was one of the most Christ-like, charitable spirits someone could ever know. She considered everyone her friend and loved to help others. She spent the majority of her life devoted to caring for her two siblings, Joy and Marland, living all her life with them until, due to declining health, they moved into nursing home care. Sandra was preceded in death by her family: parents, Weldon and Ione Turner, brother, Marland Turner, and sister, Joy Turner. Funeral services will be held Thursday at 3 p.m. at Lindquist’s Ogden Mortuary, 3408 Washington Blvd., with The Reverend Dr. Richard Minnich of the First Presbyterian Church in Ogden, officiating.
