Scott Clayton Smith, son of Kevin Smith and Ali McKinnon Smith, born on June 19, 1999, passed away on May 22, 2015 due to a lengthy illness.  His beautiful eyes and smile and loving heart will be greatly missed by all who knew him.

Scott is survived by his parents, sisters, Holly Muniz and Nicole Muniz; and grandparents, Scott Smith and Jean Smith and Sheree Budke; stepmom, Jaime Smith; stepbrother, Kayden Coath; aunts, Sheri Madison and Brandy Coburn; and uncle, Nicholas McKinnon and cousins.

Memorial services will be held on Monday, June 1, 2015 at 2 p.m. at Lindquist’s Ogden Mortuary, 3408 Washington Blvd.
