Scott S “Scotty” Tingley
Scott S Tingley, our beloved son, brother, uncle, and friend passed away unexpectedly and went to be with Jesus on June 20, 2015. He was born in Ogden on September 14, 1974.
He graduated from Weber High School in 1991 and later attended Ogden ATC. He was a remarkable baker and chef and worked in a variety of bakeries and restaurants in the Ogden area. He also lived for a short time in Placerville, CA and St George, UT.
Scotty loved animals, gardening, camping, fishing, shooting pool, and hunting for special treasures. He was on the Weber High Golf Team. He volunteered at the Catholic Community Services on a regular basis.
He had a loving heart and would help anyone in need. He left a lasting impression on anyone that knew him.
Scotty is survived by his parents, Rod and Linda Tingley of North Ogden; two sisters, Deanka (Monte) Rosenquist of South Ogden and Katie Taggart of Round Rock, Texas; and many nieces, nephews and cousins. He was preceded in death by his grandmothers, Glady L. Smith and Pauline B. Bile; and one grandfather, William S. Tingley.
We love him more than he will ever know and will miss him dearly until we meet again.
