Shaleen Dawn Arave

Shaleen Dawn Arave, 23, passed away unexpectedly on Wednesday, August 19, 2009.

Shae was born November 11, 1985 in Ogden, Utah to Duane and Suzie Arave and she immediately became the pride and joy of her parents. Growing up she loved sports, playing softball, soccer, swimming in Grandma''s pool and many other outdoor activities including skiing.

She attended Fremont High School and was pursuing a college education. She was a certified Aesthetician and a Phlebotomist. She enjoyed her time working with Get-Away Today Travel.

Shae loved to travel, visiting Hawaii, the Eastern Seaboard, Niagara Falls, and Alaska. She especially loved to visit Grandma in California and go to Disneyland and the ocean.

Most recently, Shae fell in love with the game of golf and her golfing partner, TJ Barrow, whom she spent many weekends with traveling on golf trips.

Shae is survived by her daughter, Bella Mae, who was the joy of her life; parents Suzie and Duane Arave, brothers Trevor, Chase and Dallin, all of Hooper; grandmothers, Donna Arave of Hooper; Carla Albright of San Jose, CA; and numerous loving aunts, uncles and cousins.

Our lasting memories of Shae will always be of her laughter and the love we shared. This will keep her close to us forever.

Funeral services will be held Monday August 24th t 11:00 a.m. at the Homestead Ward Chapel, 5375 South 5900 West, Hooper.

The family will meet friends for a viewing on Sunday from 6:00 to 8:00 p.m. at Lindquist''s Roy Mortuary, 3333 West 5600 South and on Monday from 10:00 to 10:45 a.m., at the church.

Interment, Hooper Cemetery.
