LAYTON a€" Our angel daughter, sister and aunt passed away in the presence of her loving family and friends at home on Tuesday, July 17, 2007 to return to her loving Heavenly Father.

Shanna was born June 14, 1968 in Fairfield, California, a daughter of Robert Halvorsen and Joyce Halvorsen Wakkuri. She spent most of her life in Provo going to school, working, attending church, and enjoying life. During the past four years, she has been living in Layton where she has been cared for by many loving people.

Those who knew and loved her will dearly miss her. She has been a great inspiration to all those she came in contact with. She has taught us the attributes of our Savior.

Shanna was preceded in death by her grandmother, grandfather, and nephew Dustin Halvorsen. She is survived by her father Robert Halvorsen, mother Joyce Wakkuri, step-father Paul Wakkuri, siblings: Melanie Smith, Scott Halvorsen and Lisa Arevalo, nieces and nephews: Preston, Nicole, Austin, Aspen, Jessica and Ryan.

Our family is comforted with the knowledge that she is with those who love her and that we will see her again.

Funeral services will be held Saturday, July 21, 2007 at 12 noon at the Chelsie Park 2nd Ward, 2150 South 800 East, Clearfield. Friends and family may call Saturday from 10:30 to 11:30 at the church.
