Sharon Dell Nielson Payne

Sharon Dell Nielson Payne (86) passed away August 20, 2024. She was born August 10, 1938 in Portola, California to Dell and Lavelle (Read) Cranney. She lived in Gooding, Idaho, American Fork, Clover, and Tooele, Utah.

 She was preceded in death by her husband Dean Payne, her parents and one brother, Dwight Cranney.

She is survived by her three sisters, Pam, Vicki and Cindy. Her children Brad Nielson, Jackie Cox (Robert), Doug Nielson (Teri) and Kyle Payne. She is survived by 7 grandchildren, Whitney Davis, Scott Nielson, Skyler Cox, Colton Nielson, Shelby Cameron, Sophia Payne and Emalee Payne and two great grandchildren Cameron Davis and Chelsea Cameron.

 She loved doing crafts of all kinds, her flower gardens, going to yard sales, shopping, and decorating the house.

 A special thanks to the nurses and CNA’s of Utah Home Health and Hospice and the staff at Chancellor Garden’s in Layton where she resided the last year.
