Shauna Marnae Dalton

Shauna was born on March 15, 1952 in Rigby, Idaho. She passed away July 19, 2017, and is survived by her husband, Gary, and six children: Renee and Mack McDonald of Kaysville, Utah; Jeromy and Amanda Overman of Arkansas, Aaron and Ammie Dalton of Santa Barbara, California, Jason and Kate Dalton of Santa Barbara, California, Sherri and Rick Tanner of Georgia, Shayla Shelton of Alaska, and 21 grandchildren. She is also survived by five siblings: Linda Feucht of Salt Lake City; Randy and Diane Keppner of Basalt Idaho; Monte and Linda Keppner of Idaho Falls, Idaho; Tony Keppner of Menan, Idaho; Lia Preal and Kirt Has of Rigby, Idaho. She wrote in her journal that her treasures were her family and many friends.

Shauna was raised in the LDS Church and delighted in the gospel of Jesus Christ. She began teaching primary classes at the age of 16 and served in many positions in the church including relief society president, service missionary, Sunday school teacher, and scout leader.

Shauna graduated from high school on the high honor roll and achieved high grades while attending college in 2014. Her favorite job was her child care business.

Funeral services will be held on Friday, July 28, 2017 at 11 a.m. at Cannon Stake Center, 934 West Fremont Ave, Salt Lake City.  Friends may visit with family on Thursday from 6 to 8 p.m. and Friday from 9:30 to 10:30 a.m. at the church.  Interment, Annis Idaho Cemetery.
