Sherrie Younger, 54, passed away on Monday, March 21, 2016.  She was born on March 17, 1962 in Ogden, Utah to William and Patrecia Jackson Younger.  She grew up in Layton and lived in Ogden, Mona, Nephi, Layton, and Roy.

She married Jay Trimbel in the Jordan River Temple.  Sherrie was a member of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints.

Sherrie liked scary movies, loved to sit in the sunshine, and reading.

Sherrie is survived by her former spouse, Jay Scott Trimbel, daughter, Teisha Trimbel, granddaughter, Aspyn Lynn; parents, William and Patrecia Younger; brother, James Younger; and sisters, Julie Ann MacArthur, Gayleen Williams, and Pamela Lynn.

A Gathering will be held on Friday, March 25, 2016 from 6 to 8 p.m. at Lindquist’s Ogden Mortuary, 3408 Washington Blvd.

In lieu of flowers donations can be made to the Multiple Sclerosis Society.
