Sheryl Kay Barlow Sase, 51, returned home to her Father in Heaven on Tuesday, February 23, 2010.
She was born May 16, 1958 in Ogden, Utah to Ray Barlow and Kay Roberts Barlow. She graduated from Roy High School in 1976 and attended Weber State College.
Sheryl married Gary Sase on June 2, 1978. They were sealed for time and eternity on December 16, 1978, in the Ogden LDS Temple.
They lived in Ogden, and shortly after moved to Clinton City. They raised three daughters. She was a very loving and devoted mother who will be deeply missed. She loved spending time with her grandchildren and spoiling them.
Sheryl was an accomplished pianist since age seven. She enjoyed classical music, especially Chopin compositions. She was very talented in scrapbooking and loved card-making.
Sheryl was a member of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints, where she happily served in Young Women''s, Primary, Cub Scouts, and as the Relief Society pianist.
She endured many trials, but always remained strong and faithful and was a wonderful example to those who knew her.
Sheryl is survived by her eternal companion, Gary Sase, Clinton; their three daughters: Krystn (Lyle) Stewart, Clinton; Valeri (Jason) Blonquist, Logan; Jessica (Stephen) Garreaud, Magna; five wonderful grandchildren: Parker, Kamron, and Kailey Stewart; Jocelyn Blonquist; and Peyten Garreaud. She is also survived by her parents, two sisters: Bethann (Brandt) Thompson, Raedene (Marv) Harker, and two brothers: Keith (Vicki) Barlow and Ken (Emily) Barlow.
Funeral services will be held Saturday, February 27th at 2:00 p.m. at the Clinton LDS Chapel, 2223 West 1800 North.
A viewing will be held Friday from 6 to 8 p.m. at Lindquist''s Roy Mortuary, 3333 West 5600 South and Saturday from 1:00 - 1:45 p.m. at the church.
Interment, Clinton City Cemetery.
