Shirley Ann Woods Crawford passed away peacefully March 20, 2025, at her home in South Weber, Utah. She was born to loving parents, Richard Earl Woods, Sr. and Elizabeth Corona Doak Woods in Ogden, Utah.
She married Charles Glen Crawford on April 20, 1959, in Reno, Nevada. Together they had four loving daughters and two sons. They lived in Ogden, Layton, And South Weber, Utah.
Shirley was a member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints. She served 2 missions in the Atlanta, Georgia Temple and two missions in the Washington D.C. Temple.
She was very talented and some of the things she enjoyed were crocheting, knitting, reading, traveling, and always serving others. This brought her the most joy.
Shirley is survived by her children; Wanda (Dan) Hight Syracuse, Utah, Deborah (Scott) Woolley South Jordan, Utah, Teri (Merlin) Tomshack South Weber, Utah and Linda Sharrett West Haven, Utah and brother Richard Earl Woods, Jr. Montpelier, Idaho.
She is preceded in death by, Charles G. Crawford (spouse), parents, sons: Scott Charles Crawford, Mark Alan Crawford, two great grandsons, Reese and Alex Baldwin, sisters: Betty Girardo and Margie Love.
Funeral services will be held on Monday March 24, 2025, at 11:00 a.m. at Lindquist’s Layton Mortuary, 1867 No. Fairfield Road, Layton, Utah. Friends may visit with family on Sunday March 23, 2025, from 6:00 to 8:00 p.m., and Monday from 9:30 to 10:30 a.m. at the mortuary.
Interment will be at Lindquist’s Memorial Park at Layton.
