Shirley Hill Reed

Shirley Hill Reed CLEARFIELD – Shirley Hill Reed, 79, passed away Thursday, February 4, 2010. She was born February 22, 1930 in Wellsville, Utah the daughter of Archibald and Lucy Hill. Shirley married John C. Reed on December 11, 1948 in Ogden, Utah. Her family was the most important thing in her life. She also loved the Utah Jazz, gardening, camping, fishing, crocheting and bird watching. Surviving are two sons, John (Freddie) Reed, So. Carolina; Michael (Anne) Reed, Clinton; daughter, Shirley (Tom) Lenox, Aurora, CO; five grandchildren and eight great-grandchildren. Preceded in death by her husband John, parents, five brothers and two sisters. Graveside services will be held Wednesday, February 10, 2010 at 11 a.m. at Lindquist’s Memorial Gardens of the Wasatch, 1718 Combe Road, So Ogden. Funeral directors, Lindquist’s Clearfield Mortuary, 1050 South State Street. The family wishes to thank the staff at Davis Hospital ICU and 3rd floor nurses.
