She worked many years as an upper-level manager in the behavioral health and chemical dependency care field, serving as Chief Operating Officer, Director of Risk Management and Program Director, as well as in a number of marketing and community liaison roles.
Signe had a huge community of friends, from junior high through college days and beyond. If you were a friend of Sig’s, she knew your birthday and all the important facts about your family. Everyone that knew her loved her; she had such an infectious laugh and generous personality.
