Sonny Alan Gardner

January 28, 1981 – September 21, 2017

Kaysville - Sonny Alan Gardner, 36, passed away September 21, 2017 at his home in Kaysville.

He was born in Pocatello, Idaho on January 28, 1981 to Jason C. Gardner and Judi Ann Fricke.

Sonny attended DATC for welding and composites and Salt Lake Community College.

He took pride in his welding and in working in the entertainment industry.  He loved to spend time with his family and friends. Sonny had a contagious laugh and smile and only wished to share his delight with others. Sonny enjoyed collecting comic memorabilia and Hero Clix with his friends.  He was someone who could light up a room.  He loved food and was always generous to share his first bite with others.  He was a member of the Washington Heights Church.

Sonny was preceded in death by his father Jason and his grandmothers, Mae Hood and Betty Kay Gardner.  He is survived by his mother Judi, his sister Josyln Oakes, his dear friend Tyler Lloyd, Uncles, Aunts, and numerous cousins.

A memorial service will be held Saturday, September 30, 2017 at 1:00 p.m. at the Washington Heights  Church, 1170 East 6200 South, Ogden, Utah.

A memorial fund has been established in his name, donations may be made at any America First Credit Union branch.
