KAYSVILLE a€" Sophie M. Constanty, 90, passed away Monday, June 9, 2008.

She was born on July 19, 1917 in Chicago, Illinois the daughter of Mathew and Anna Moskal Moskalski.

Sophie married Carl J. Constanty on October 7, 1938 in Chicago. He preceded her in death on February 3, 1999.

She was a member of St. Rose of Lima Catholic Church in Layton.

Surviving are her daughter Valentine (Richard) Couturier, Kaysville, UT; son Phil (Linda) Constanty, Elmhurst, IL; two granddaughters, Cheryl Constanty, Cathi (Jeff) Logan, two sisters, Mary Dickerson, Plainfield, IL; Josephine Campione, Chicago, IL; two sister-in laws, June Hamilton, Alpine, CA; and Carrie Gonzalez, Maryland.

Preceded in death by her husband Carl, grandson, Steven M. Greger, and many brothers and sisters.

Mass of the Christian Burial will be held Friday, June 13, 2008 at 9 a.m. at St. Rose of Lima Catholic Church, 210 South Chapel Street. Friends and family may call Thursday from 6 to 7 p.m. at Lindquist''s Layton Mortuary, 1867 No. Fairfield Road. Rosary will be held at 7 p.m.

Interment, Kaysville City Cemetery.

In lieu of flowers contributions can be made to St. Rose of Lima Building Fund.
