Our special father, grandfather, great-grandfather, and brother passed away at the McKay-Dee Hospital on June 1, 2017.  Stan was born to Chester D. Wright and Hattie Leah East and was one of seven children.

Stan lived his entire life in northern Utah.  He was in the United States Army, serving in the Korean War.  He was also a member of the United States Air Force.  In 1951 Stan married the love of his life, La Reah June Scudder.  They had three beautiful boys; Roger Stanley, Alan Dale and Nolan Eugene.

He worked for a variety of employers, retiring from Hill Air Force Base as a master mechanic and welder.  Stan was a talented artisan, including building his first home in Roy, Utah, almost single-handedly.
