Our sweet angel Stephanie slipped away quietly to her Heavenly Father surrounded by her parents and Aunt Brenda in her husband's arms on July 24th, 2014 at Huntsman Cancer Institute after a long and brave battle with Leukemia.

Stephanie was born on December 18, 1980 in Ogden Utah. She was raised in Kaysville and graduated from Davis High in 1999 and completed her cosmetology degree in 1999. She married the love of her life on December 12, 2012 to Nate Talbot in Layton, Utah. She was an active member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints and served in many positions in the primary.

Survived by her loving husband Nate Talbot, four children: Eric (13), Zackary (10) Mickenzie (7) and Kyason (1); her loving parents Wayne and Carla Newman; Mother and Father-in-law Pam and Terry Talbot; one sister, Elsie Budrow, four brothers: Chris Rollins, Mark Rollins, Scott (Melissa) Newman, Danny (Amanda) Newman; two brothers-in-law: Chris (Stefanie) and David (Nicole) Talbot; and one sister-in-law Abbey (Ben) Strong.

Preceded in death by grandmothers Elsie Peterson, Joyce Challis, grandma and grandpa Ellen and Wayne Newman, brother-in-law Jason Budrow and many great aunts, uncles and cousins.

The family would like to thank everyone for all the love and support from family and friends and especially the amazing staff at Huntsman Cancer Hospital.

Funeral services will be held Tuesday, July 29, 2014 at 11 a.m. at the Layton Legacy Stake Center, 752 N. 3700 W., Layton, UT. Friends may visit with family Monday evening from 6 to 8 p.m. at Lindquist’s Layton Mortuary 1867 N. Fairfield Road and at the church on Tuesday from 9:30 to 10:30 a.m. prior to the service. Interment will follow at Lindquist Memorial Park at Layton, 1867 N. Fairfield Road.
