LAYTON a€" Stephen Michael Mays Jr., 19, passed away Sunday, October 21, 2007 at his home.

He was born November 10, 1987 at March AFB in Riverside, California the son of Stephen Mays Sr. and Hye Kyong So Mays.

Stephen graduated from Northridge High School.

Stephen was currently serving in the Utah Army National Guard, and was very proud of his service. He loved outdoor sports and recreation, including camping, weightlifting and running.

Surviving are his parents and his sister, Tanya.

Funeral services will be held Tuesday, October 30, 2007 at 11 a.m. at Lindquist''s Layton Mortuary, 1867 No. Fairfield Road. Friends and family may call Monday from 6 to 8 p.m. and Tuesday from 9:45 to 10:45 a.m. at the mortuary.

Interment, Lindquist''s Memorial Park at Layton, 1867 No. Fairfield Road.
