Steven Richard Chapman

Steven Richard Chapman, 40, was finally relieved of his pain from RSD on Wednesday, April 29, 2009, at his home.

He was born August 4, 1968 in Ogden, Utah to Richard S. and Susan P. Chapman.

On October 5, 1995, Steven married Tara Richardson Creager in Las Vegas, Nevada.

He loved gardening when his health allowed, finish carpentry and building custom bird houses. We will miss him and always love him with all our hearts.

Steven is survived by his wife, Tara, stepson, Coulter (Kirsten) Creager and their two children, Ethan and Rylie; brother-in-law, Kyle (Diana) Richardson, niece Makenzie and special nephew, Easton; in-laws, Jim and Genile Richardson; siblings, Julie (Larry) Jensen, Mary (Steve) Hoopes, Suzie (Chad) Rawlings, Angie Chapman, Jeffery (Liseanne) Chapman, David Chapman and many nieces and nephews, and a grandmother, Jean C. Pulsipher. He leaves behind his most beloved pets, Ozzy and Keelee.

He was preceded in death by his grandparents, Lynn Russell Pulsipher, Raymond and Lola Chapman, and a special aunt, Nita Carey.

He had a special bond with the Christensen''s and the Young''s while living in Hooper.

Graveside services will be held Monday, May 4th at 11 a.m. at the Hooper Cemetery, 5290 South 6300 West.

Friends and family may call Sunday from 6 to 8 p.m. at Lindquist''s Roy Mortuary, 3333 West 5600 South.

In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to the Steven Chapman fund at any Golden West Credit Union.
