Steven “Pops” M. Frampton

Steven M. Frampton, 72, passed away peacefully at home on Sunday, May 10, 2015 surrounded by family and friends. He was born on May 7, 1943 in Provo, Utah to Orval and Phyllis Mortensen Frampton.
Steve married Linda Eyre in 1960 in Provo, Utah and later divorced. He married Vicki Anderson on June 15, 1989 in Las Vegas, Nevada. Steve was employed at Western Zirconium for 22 years until he retired in May 2007. In his spare time he enjoyed camping, fishing, and hunting with his family and friends. Steve and Vicki loved to travel and he would always sing "On the Road Again" as soon as they pulled out of the driveway.
Steve is survived by his wife, Vicki, South Weber; sons, Brent (Belinda), Douglassville, PA; and Mark, SLC; daughters, Lisa Ann Frampton, SLC; and Jamie (David) Senninger, Syracuse; his special buddy, Camden Senninger; 18 grandchildren; 7 great-grandchildren; his "special girls" Ann (Mark) Ptasienski, Alisa (Patrick) Nichols, and Stacie (Dennis) Day; and sisters-in-law, Dixie Frampton, Provo; Barbara Frampton, SLC; Vernie Vandervort, Tomah, WI; Sharon Jensen, Tomah, WI; and Mary Vandervort, Altavista, VA. He was preceded in death by his parents; brothers, Boyd and Max; brothers-in-law, Verlyn Vandervort, Merly Vandervort, and Doug Jensen.
Funeral services will be held on Friday, May 15, 2015 at 2 p.m. at Lindquist's Ogden Mortuary, 3408 Washington Blvd. Friends may visit with family on Thursday from 6 to 8 p.m. and Friday from 12:45 to 1:45 p.m. at the mortuary. Interment, Uintah City Cemetery.
