Our sweet, loving son, brothers, uncle, nephew, cousin and friend was welcomed home by our Heavenly Father on Thursday, July 17, 2014.

Steve, the most beautiful baby boy, was born on June 27, 1963 in Ogden, Utah to the late Gerald Pigeau and LouJean Crezee.

Our beloved Steve was fun, smart, outgoing and above all the funniest person to be around. He had a great sense of humor and most of the time he was a tease to everyone around. We were so blessed to have him in our lives, for there was never a dull moment.

Steve loved many things including outdoor activities such as camping, fishing, and playing basketball. He was a devoted fan to his favorite football team, the Minnesota Vikings, and his all-time favorite band, Rush. He owned the 80’s with his perfect hair and 501 jeans, and still does!

Above all Steve’s great qualities, he was a very hard worker. He worked many years for Smith’s Distribution and was part owner and operator of a lawn care business.

No words can describe how much he is loved and will be missed by family and friends.

In July of 1999, Steve married Janet Petersen. They later divorced but remained good friends.

Steve is survived by his mother, LouJean Wheeler; brother, Mike Pigeau; sister Cheryl Goff ( David Conley); nephews, Trent, Bryce, Suade; nieces, Ashlee (Bryce), Preslee, Journee, Kwyncee, and Candice (Matt); great nephews and nieces, Blaize, Cruize, Haize, Tyler, Matti; and aunts uncles and cousins. He was preceded in death by his father, his step-father, Ed Wagstaff, and most recent stepfather , he loved very much, Darwin Wheeler, brother, Jerry Pigeau, sister, Michelle Pigeau, nephew, Kasey, grandparents, Claude and Ellen Crezee, cousin, Chris and Aunt Erma and Ray Farr.

We would like to thank all the amazing friends and family for the incredible love and support you have been through this difficult time for us. We are so blessed. We love you all so much.

Graveside services will be held at 11 a.m. on Friday, August 1, 2014 at the Ogden City Cemetery.
