Stuart Allen Tague

Bud has joyfully reunited with his parents Lloyd and Stella McKnight and sister, Fran Sourdiff. With younger sister Charlotte Hayes, they all lived, played, grew and loved in Davenport, Iowa.

Bud joined the Navy at age 18 and served proudly for four years. He always spoke fondly of his years in the service. Yes “fondly” because he loved people, and enjoyed whatever work he did.

Bud and Diane married in Utah in 1983 and had many adventures over the next fifteen years, moving with Wade, Katie and Evan to Oklahoma, Fremont and Fresno, California and finally back to Utah.

Survived by wife, Diane Crouch Tague and children, Rene (Don) Stearman, Shelly (Victor) Saucedo, Chris (Dan) Gutierrez, Angie Tague, Wade (Angela) Tolman, Kate (Trevor) Armitstead, Evan (Amanda) Tolman and 13 grandchildren, and sister, Charlotte (Craig) Hayes.

Funeral services will be held at 11 a.m. on Wednesday, May 10, 2017 at Lindquist’s Roy Mortuary, 3333 West 5600 South. The family will meet with friends Tuesday from 6 to 8 p.m. and Wednesday from 9:30 to 10:30 a.m. at the mortuary.

Interment, Bountiful City Cemetery.
