Suk Hyun Nam, 59, passed away December 5, 2007 at his home in Centerville, Utah. He was born April 1, 1948 in Seoul, Korea to Gi-Yung Nam and Kyung Hee Ahn.

Suk Hyun was reared and educated in Korea. He graduated from Joong-Ang University of Korea. He lived in Reno, Nevada; Castro Valley, California; Ogden and Bountiful Area since 1997.

Suk Hyun served as President of the Korean Catholic Church Council. He owned and operated Ahn''s Quarter Pound Burger in California from 1986-1994, then opened Best Burger in Ogden in 1994 and in Bountiful in 1998. Suk Hyun was President of KGAU, president of Korean Society of Utah, won an award for The U.S. Small Business Administration--Big Ideas for Small Businesses.

He loved golfing, traveling, spending time with family and friends, gambling and winning big!

He is survived by his wife, Bong Nyo Nam; a daughter Sunhee Nam; one brother, Bo Hyun Nam; Preceeded in death by father, Gi-Yung Nam, mother, Kyung Hee Nam and sister, Kyung-Jin Nam. Funeral Services will be held at noon, Saturday December 8, 2007 at St. Patrick''s Catholic Church, 1058 West 400 South, Salt Lake City. Friends may call Friday from 7-9 pm at Lindquist''s Bountiful Mortuary, 727 N. 400 E. Interment Mt. Calvary Cemetery, in Salt Lake City.
