ROY a€" Summer Lyn Templeton Prestwich, 26, died peacefully in her sleep at her home on Thursday, October 29, 2009.

She was born June 7, 1983 in Honolulu, Hawaii, to Randall Pimental and Stephanie Kirbaugh. She was raised and loved by her mother, Lyn Templeton.

Summer married Stan Prestwich on July 12, 2005 in Sunset, Utah.

She was a member of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints Sand Ridge Ward.

Summer spent her entire life looking for opportunities to serve not only her family, but others around her. Her greatest accomplishments were her two children.

Surviving are her husband, Stan, a daughter, Sophia Izabella and a son, Spencer Salvador Prestwich, all of Roy.

Also surviving are her mother, Lyn Templeton, Ogden; sisters, Trudi (Denton) Hatch, Tremonton, UT; Brittany Miller, Sunset; mother-in-law, Nelda Prestwich, Roy; her grandparents, John and Nada Nicholas, Sunset; and her birth mother, Stephanie Kirbaugh.

Summer was preceded in death by her father, Randall Pimental.

Funeral services will be held Monday at 11 a.m. at Lindquist''s Roy Mortuary, 3333 West 5600 South, with Bishop Michael Fulmer officiating.

Friends may call at the mortuary on Sunday from 6 to 8 p.m. and Monday 9:45 to 10:45 a.m.

Interment, Lindquist''s Washington Heights Memorial Park, 4500 Washington Blvd.

In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be made to Lindquist''s Roy Mortuary, 3333 West 5600 South, to help offset funeral expenses.
