Sunny M. Schamber

– Sunny M. Schamber, 63, passed away Wednesday, May 13, 2009 at her home. She was born April 9, 1946, in San Mateo, California to Benton T. and Myra Eaves Jayne. On February 13, 1966, Sunny married David R. Schamber in Carson City, Nevada. Sunny was one of a kind! She was a perpetual teenager who loved rock music, Harley Davidsons, all animals, horseback riding and going to the ocean. She was very young at heart and enjoyed “looking for adventure” and made instant friends with people she met. She also did volunteer work for kids with disabilities and animal rescue. Sunny was loved and will be missed by her family and friends. She is survived by her husband, David; a daughter, Michele (Kelly) Schamber, a son, Adam (Dayna) Schamber; three grandchildren, Tysen, Trever, Tori; her mother, Dorothy Eaves, three brothers, Dan, Ernie, Leo Paul and two sisters, Betsy and Megan, her identical twin sister. Memorial services will be held Saturday, May 16th at 2 p.m. at Lindquist’s Roy Mortuary, 3333 West 5600 South. The family will meet friends on Saturday from 1:00 to 2:00 p.m. at the mortuary.
