Susan Sharron Beal

Susan Sharron Beal beloved daughter, sister, aunt, and celestial child of our Heavenly Father, returned home on Wednesday, March 24, 2010.

Susan was born May 24, 1971, to Clayton Philip and Sharron "Sally" Rae Beal. Susie attended school in both and Ogden and Weber Districts, graduating from Weber High School and then attended DTSI Workship for 17 years.

Susan was severely restricted in her activities during this life with her Down Syndrome. She was the inspiration for many accomplishments, such as the founding of the Utah Down Syndrome Foundation and reestablishing the Developmental Preschool for children with disabilities, through the legislature and Ogden and Weber School Districts. With her sweet spirit, Susan had taught the values of love, tolerance, acceptance and patience to those who had known her.

Susie, you are now free of all your afflictions and have gone to be with your father, sisters, and grandparents. You are loved and will be missed!

She is survived by her Mother, Sharron Beal, her siblings, Mary (Bob) Jones, John (Nancy) Beal, Leah (Greg) Schaffer, and Jared (Amy) Beal; 17 nieces and nephews, and one grandnephew.

Susan was preceded in death by her father, Clayton Beal, sisters, Sariah and Ruth, and her grandparents.

Funeral services will be held Tuesday, March 30 at 2 p.m. at Lindquist''s North Ogden Mortuary, 2140 North Washington Blvd.

Friends may call at the mortuary on Tuesday from 12:30 to 1:45 p.m.

Interment, Ben Lomond Cemetery.
