Susan M. Griego

CLEARFIELD a€" Susan M. Griego, 52, passed away Sunday, January 16, 2011 at her home.

She was born November 20, 1958 in Albuquerque, New Mexico the daughter of Leo Bernidino and Celia Trujillo Griego.

Susan graduated from Layton High School and attended Weber State College. Susan worked at Hill Air Force Base for 32 years

She was a member of St. Rose of Lima Catholic Church.

Susan loved golfing, spending time with her family and trips to Wendover.

Surviving are her mother, Celia T. Griego, daughter, Mandy F. Griego, son, Joey N. Crapo, granddaughter, Gabriella D. Griego-Krohn, brothers, Rick Griego, Tom Griego, sister, Anita (Phillip) Archuleta, six nieces and two nephews.

Preceded in death by her father, Leo B. Griego, brothers, Michael Griego and Jerry Griego.

Mass of the Christian Burial will be held Saturday, January 22, 2011 at 9 a.m. at St. Rose of Lima Catholic Church, 210 South Chapel Street, Layton. Friends may visit family Friday from 6 to 8 p.m. at Lindquist''s Layton Mortuary, 1867 No. Fairfield Road. Prayer service 7 p.m.

Interment, Clearfield City Cemetery.

In lieu of flowers donations a fund has been set up at Golden West Credit Union in Susan''s name.
