SUSAN A. PENMAN

1938  -2014

Susan A. Penman, beloved mother and grandmother, passed away at her home in Bountiful on June 17, 2014.  She was born on June 21, 1938 to Dorothy and Lawrence L. Long in Salt Lake City, Utah.  She married her sweetheart Richard W. Penman on August 18, 1956 in Salt Lake City.   She lived most of her life in Bountiful and was a member of the LDS Church.  She was an active member of the Val Verda 5 ^th Ward and served as a Temple Worker.  The true love of her life revolved around her family and grandchildren.

She is survived by her husband; sons, David (Sheila), W. Jordan; Mark (Lori), Bountiful; daughter, Barbara (Alan) Taylor, Layton; ten grandchildren and six great-grandchildren; brother, John Vrabel, Park City.  Preceded in death by her parents and brother, Gordon.

Funeral Services will be held at 11:00 a.m. Monday, June 23, 2014 at the Val Verda 5 ^th Ward Chapel, 2633 S. 50 W. Bountiful.  Friends may visit the family on Sunday evening from 6-8 p.m. at Lindquist’s Bountiful Mortuary, 727 N. 400 E. Bountiful and from 9:45-10:45 a.m. prior to the services at the church.  Interment Bountiful City Cemetery.   Condolences may be shared at www.lindquistmortuary.com
