Susann White

Susann White (Hay) passed away in Layton, Utah at 7:50 a.m. on Thursday, August 20, 2015.

Susan was born August 24, 1946 in Salt Lake City, Utah to Reginal A. Hay and Lillian Hay (St. John).

Susan is survived by her brother, Reginal A. Hay Jr, daughter Tina Hoffman, husband Stewart and their children Forrest, Hunter and Sierra. Her son, Richard L. Johnson and wife, Kristal, and their sons, Jason and Cory. Jason's wife, Allison, and their daughter, Aria. Her son, Michael T. Johnson, his wife Marriann, and their children, Randee and Colton.  Her son, Shaun W. White, his wife, Stacey, and his children Shauntalei and Treyton.  Her ex-husbands, William E. Johnson and William B. White.

She was preceded in death by her parents and her brother, Clifford Hay.

The family would like to thank the residents and staff at Family Tree Assisted Living for the friendship and care they provided to make her life comfortable.

As per Susann's request and wishes, no services will be held.  Her request that everyone remember her as she lived, a loving and caring friend and mother.  Her body will be cremated and ashes will be spread in California with her Mother, Father, and Brother.
