Tanner embodied all things good. He developed many talents throughout his life. He loved sports and was a skilled athlete, particularly in soccer, tennis, and basketball. He enjoyed camping and hiking and found great peace in the outdoors. He was very smart and found ways to incorporate both his body and mind into his learning. He graduated from Layton High School in 2014. He later worked as a physical therapy aide and phlebotomist and was skilled not only with his job tasks, but with connecting with and helping those he served. Tanner loved spending time with his close family and friends by playing games, watching shows, and going to concerts. He was such a fun uncle, always playing with his nieces and nephew when they were around.
Tanner was the perfect middle child as he was so easy-going, patient, and a peacemaker. He showed love and kindness to everyone he interacted with and was completely non-judgmental. Tanner was able to excel in so many areas of his life because of his determination and patience. Most of all, he had the biggest heart. He was a sensitive soul and felt things so deeply. He was always quick to forgive and showed empathy and compassion to everyone around him.
Tanner, we don’t know how we got so lucky to have you be a part of our family. We love you forever.
Love,
Mom (Ruth), Dad (Del), Kellie & Mason, Matt, Natalie, Joey, Lucy, Charlie, and Sadie.
