Teresa Joyce Rivera Taylor, 63, passed away Saturday, August 7, 2010 at Ogden Regional Medical Center.

She was born November 22, 1946 in Kennilworth, Utah to Elias Ralph and Belinda A. Martinez Rivera.

On December 8, 1964, Teresa married her high school sweetheart, Joseph Rodney Taylor in Malad, Idaho.

She worked as an X-ray technician at the Ogden Clinic.

She loved her family more than anything and enjoyed spending time with her children and grandchildren. She was either with them or in contact with them every single day. She absolutely radiated love and affection for her family and all others she came in contact with.

Teresa is survived by her husband, Joe; three daughters, JoMarie (Ali) Taylor, Josette Whetton, Jennifer (Troy) Burgess; eight grandchildren, Minaz, Berkley, Taylor, Tysen, Yasmeen, Grayson, Tanner, Dawson; one great-grandchild, Chloe; and one brother, Cass Rivera.

She was preceded in death by her parents, a brother, Ralph Rivera and a sister, Erna Mossinger.

Funeral services will be held Saturday, August 14th at 1 p.m. at Lindquist''s Ogden Mortuary, 3408 Washington Blvd.

The family will meet friends one hour prior to the services from 11:45 a.m. to 12:45 p.m. at the mortuary.
