Teri Lyn Ewing

Teri Lyn Hansen Ewing, 69, passed away Monday, September 19, 2022 surrounded by her loved ones.  

 

Teri was born May 5, 1953 in Ogden, Utah to Dean C. and Reita Mae Moulton Hansen.

 

On July 9, 1971, Teri married Guy Rex Ewing in the Logan temple.

 

She is a member of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints. She enjoyed serving with the Boy Scouts.

 

Teri loved cooking, decorating and throwing family parties. She enjoyed reading, camping, cross-stitching, crossword puzzles, genealogy, photographs and making porcelain dolls. Teri was famous for her Bundt bread, cinnamon rolls and cheese soup.

 

Teri is survived by her devoted husband of 51 years, Guy Ewing, Kingman, AZ; two sons, Ryan (Andrea) Ewing, Plain City;  Cody Ewing, Kingman, AZ; five grandchildren, J.D. (Nicki), Shyanne (Corey), Makenlee, Braxlee and Zaylee; one great-granddaughter, Everlynn Ewing; one brother, Tracy Hansen and three sisters, Penny (Chet) Stark, Kristi (Russell) Moore and Jodi Perkins. 

 

She was preceded in death by her parents, Dean C. Hansen, Reita Mae Hansen Bybee, one son, Bren Ewing and many other loved ones.

 

Funeral services will be held at 11 a.m. on Friday, September 23, 2022 at Lindquist’s Roy Mortuary, 3333 West 5600 South. The family will meet with family and friends Thursday from 6 to 8 p.m. and Friday from 9:30 to 10:30 a.m. at the mortuary.

 

Interment, Smithfield Cemetery.
