Thea Anna Warner October 12, 1928 - September 30, 2009 Thea A. Warner passed away peacefully in her home in West Covina, California where she lived the last 4 years of her life with her daughter, Sonja. She was born in Germany on October 12, 1928 to Johann and Sofie Pott. In 1947, she married William W. Warner who was an American soldier stationed in Germany. In 1950 Thea and her infant daughter came to America on the U.S. Army Transport Ship to live with her husband in Alexandria, Virginia. They moved often since Bill was in the military. The other places she lived in included Missouri, Indiana, Arizona and Utah. Eventually they came back to Virginia and lived in Newport News. They lived in Virginia from 1956 until 1986 and then moved to Utah to be close to their daughter and her family. She lived in Layton, Utah until October of 2005. She then went to live with her daughter, Sonja, in California where she remained until her death. She was preceded in death in 1997 by her husband of 50 years, William W.
